I started in this industry at J.B. Hunt, on the carrier-relations side, learning what it actually takes to keep a partner network reliable. From there I moved to CaseStack, running retail consolidation programs for national CPG brands β time-sensitive, multi-stop, zero margin for a missed appointment. That's where I learned how much of freight is really communication wearing a freight costume.
In 2020 I co-founded Nexus Solutions in Northwest Arkansas. We scaled from launch to $2.5M+ in revenue with a 98% on-time delivery record, built a book of 30+ accounts across manufacturing, automotive, heavy equipment and project logistics, and rewrote SOPs that cut quoting errors and rebills by 20%+. I learned what scales β and what breaks the moment volume doubles.
